You must not share your account or login credentials with anyone else. Account sharing (i.e., one account accessed by multiple individuals) is strictly prohibited. If we detect or have reasonable grounds to believe your account is being shared, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice, as this constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

We recommend using a strong password that includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

5.2. Membership Plans

Ivie Pro offers different subscription tiers (the “Plans”), which may include Free, Pro (Individual) options. Features vary by Plan and are clearly outlined on our website and product.

Pro (Individual) subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access or transferring usage to another individual is not permitted.

6. Payment Terms

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize IvieDrive to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of the Plan you choose. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method submitted.

If your payment fails or is declined, IvieDrive reserves the right to restrict or suspend your access to the Services until payment is successfully processed.

7. Authorization for Recurring Payments

All Ivie Pro subscriptions are recurring unless explicitly stated otherwise. Depending on your selection, your subscription may be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually at the current rate at the time of renewal.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept that:

Your subscription will automatically renew on the billing date associated with your original purchase.
Your selected payment method will be charged accordingly unless you cancel prior to your next billing cycle.
If your original billing date does not exist in a subsequent month (e.g., January 31st), your payment method may be charged on the closest available date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you remain responsible for all charges until the cancellation becomes effective.

8. Taxes

Subscription Fees do not include taxes, and you agree to pay all sales/use, gross receipts, value-added, GST, personal property, or other tax (including any interest and penalties) with respect to the transactions and payments under these Terms.

9. Refund policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at Ivie’s sole discretion. Please review your Plan selection carefully before confirming your purchase.

10. Cancelation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Unless required by law, no prorated refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
